About the opportunity:

exA-Arcadia, a leading arcade game manufacturer headquartered in Singapore with offices in Japan and the US, is seeking a Regional Sales Representative for its US office. This position can be fully remote. The ideal candidate should have sales experience in the amusement sector, with an existing network in the industry, and understand how to best position & sell commercial video game product. The position reports to the Head of Sales (Global), with dual reporting line into the CEO and is responsible for leading the sales function in this region, driving profitability, and providing strategic sales guidance to the leadership team.

This position involves developing and maintaining relationships with customers in a specific geographic area or region. The primary goal is to promote and sell the company’s products, meet sales targets, and contribute to revenue growth. This role requires strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a larger sales team. The representative may need to travel within their assigned region to meet customers and attend industry events.


Responsibilities:
Partner with the Head of Sales (Global), to manage relationships with existing customers while actively seeking out new business opportunities.
Create and deliver convincing sales materials for prospective customers, showcasing the benefits and features of exA-Arcadia offerings.
Negotiate customer contracts and agreements to meet regional sales targets and maximize profitability.
Manage sales cycle from customer introduction to site installation to customer support
Manage regional account management activities including order entry, CRM and purchase orders with all sales’ customers
Collaborate with development and product teams to ensure timely delivery and implementation of exA-Arcadia products in the field.
Keep up to date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
Provide a customer service window and support clients in a timely manner
Travel to tradeshows and manage booth exhibition/sales activities


Person profile:
Proven track record of success in sales within the amusement industry
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and internal stakeholders
Natural networker with a strong attention to detail
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
Experienced in managing customer accounts using CRM tools
Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for exceeding sales targets
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment and adapt to changing priorities
Passionate and knowledgeable about arcade games and amusement equipment in general
Flexibility to travel as required
Fluency in Japanese is a plus
